Irish crushing business adds Metso jawcrusher to fleet

Crushing and plant hire service company McCabe Earthworks of Ireland has expanded its fleet of Metso mobile units with a new Lokotrack LT120 mobile jaw crusher.

The company already carries a Lokotrack LT1415 mobile impact crushing plant and a Lokotrack LT106 mobile jaw crushing plant. McCabe Earthworks has been a Metso customer for almost 15 years, but several other companies in Ireland are beginning to show an interest in Metso products as well, according to McHale, Metso's Ireland distributor.

"Our customers are influenced by a number of factors that are giving Metso an edge, such as Metso's status as a well-resourced, global supplier and its proven credentials in the field of crusher design and technology," Michael McHale, McHale's plant sales managing director, said.

The Lokotrack LT120 features a Nordberg C120 jaw crusher with a large feeder opening to accommodate a wide range of materials and situations. It's hydraulic drive also allows operators to change direction if there's a blockage. Easily accessible jaw die bolts make maintenance safe and easy.

"Metso makes quality machines with many of the products in their model range being the very best there is," McCabe Earthworks Managing Director John Cabe said.
