For the fifth consecutive time, the Seattle offices for PCL Construction were honored as one of "Washington’s Best Workplaces" by the Puget Sound Business Journal.

“PCL is honored to be recognized as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces for the fifth consecutive year,” Tom Doig, vice president and district manager for PCL, said. “We pride ourselves on being an employer of choice, and this award is confirmation that our belief in our employees is essential to our success.”

During the celebrations at Safeco field, PCL was a finalist in the large category of the competition.

Companies were evaluated through a two-part process that included an employee survey that measured employee satisfaction, relationships with management, camaraderie with fellow employees, opportunity for advancement and more.

PCL officials said it continues to be recognized as an employer of choice by achieving recognition as one of Puget Sound Business Journal’s Washington’s Best Workplaces for the fifth consecutive year.

For 10 consecutive years, PCL has been recognized across the States as a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, and it was named one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Millennials by Fortune during the award’s inaugural year.
