New Holland names new vice president for North America

New Holland Construction said on Tuesday that it has promoted Bret Lieberman to vice president of North America.

Lieberman has worked for CNH Industrial and New Holland for the past 25 years. Lieberman started in service parts and continued to grow in various roles within the company, including purchasing, human resources, quality management and hay-tools production. Since 2009, he has been the head of North America Manufacturing, responsible for all agriculture and construction manufacturing plants. Prior to working at New Holland, Lieberman earned a master's in business management from Saint Francis College in Loretto, Pennsylvania, and a bachelor's in business, management and administration from Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania.

"I am excited for this new opportunity to lead the brand, as I have spent a significant portion of my career here on the New Holland campus,” Lieberman said. “I deeply understand the importance of the quality and performance of the equipment that our dealers and customers rely on every day for their success.”

Others within the company are equally happy about Lieberman's promotion, including Brad Crews, chief operating officer of CNH Industrial NAFTA, who described Lieberman as a strong leader with deep understanding and passion for the industry.
