Association of Equipment Manufacturers named a top workplace

Off-road industry trade organization the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) recently made the Milwaukee Journal's 2015 Top Workplaces list.
The list was comprised of workplaces in southeast Wisconsin.

“It is a tremendous honor to be included among this list of leading employers,” said AEM President Dennis Slater. “At AEM, we are committed to providing our members with quality service, expertise and support. This award is testament to the culture we have established and the fact that an engaged and happy team positively affects the quality of the work we do to build awareness of the policies and issues affecting equipment manufacturing.”

The annual list is compiled using responses on employee surveys conducted by Workplace Dynamics, an independent research firm. Questions on the survey cover company leadership, working environment, communication and career opportunities.

AEM, an international trade group providing business development resources to the off-road equipment manufacturing industry in the global marketplace, is headquartered in the former Allis-Chalmers manufacturing complex in Milwaukee.
