Seaport industry group: Funding bill addresses freight-mobility needs

The American Association of Port Authorities (AAPA) praised U.S. senators for including several seaport-industry freight-mobility priorities in legislation recently advanced by the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW). The legislation, dubbed the Developing Roadway Infrastructure for a Vibrant Economy (DRIVE) Act of 2015, is a $278 billion, six-year transportation reauthorization bill.
